Nomination guidelines
Submit your nomination online
- Online nominations are preferred. Feel free to submit a hard copy of your nomination but please ensure you also fill out an online nomination form.
- If you are having difficulty completing an online nomination form please contact the Events Manager on 02 6215 9802.
- Ensure you fill out all relevant sections of your nomination.
- When submitting attachments with your online nomination do not send multiple emails, make sure they are attached to the completed nomination form.
- When/if attaching photos, please reduce the size to less than 200 KB.
Each nomination is restricted to one category
- You can only nominate an individual, service or program in one category.
- The only time a duplicate entry will be accepted is when an individual has been nominated in a particular category and the Prime Ministers Award for Excellence.
- If the same nomination is received in more than one category it will only be judged in the first category it has been received in.
- Should a program be nominated in more than one category by different nominators, clarification will be sought from the nominee as to which category they wish their nomination to be judged in.
Address the criteria
- Please read the judging criteria carefully and respond to each criteria specifically and succinctly.
- Should you need to cut and paste from another document, please ensure that what you are applying makes sense and does not exceed the word limit.

Extensions
- Under no circumstances will extensions be given past the due date.
- Any nomination received after
5 pm (EDST) Wednesday 28 April 2010 will not be accepted.
